Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking an Investment Administrator to support the Home Investment Team. You’ll be the first contact for customer enquiries, delivering timely, clear information while handling administrative and project support to plan and deliver investment works that improve homes and neighbourhoods.

This role is based in the office 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work from home for the rest.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role with clear, empathetic communication.
• Ability to manage data accurately and produce clear records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to simplify technical info.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customer enquiries and information.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Home Investment Team.
• Assist with planning, monitoring and delivery of investment works.
