The Role

Investment Operations team - several levels

The Location

City of London

Our client is an NY based Fund Services firm expanding across the UK. They are working with their largest client, a Global Private Equity firm, to establish a newly created Investment Operations department. This role will be based on-site and is hiring at multiple levels.

The Responsibilities:

• Support the Investment Ops team in transaction and capital markets pipeline management and execution across PE, RE, Infrastructure, and Real Assets
• Own the latest updates across the deal, legal, tax, and treasury teams
• Maintain their data centralization platform across data capture and process flows
• Execute transactions across private markets asset classes and strategies
• Manage documentation for legal closing packages of complex transactions and support transaction allocation decisions

The Requirements:

• Proven track record within Investment Operations
• Experience working with legal teams, deals, and investments teams
• Understanding of transaction documentation
