Zusammenfassung

HSCALE is seeking an Investment Analyst/Manager to join the Finance Department in central London. You will provide investment underwriting, financial modelling and decision support for the development portfolio, covering land acquisition through Ready for Service.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will work with Development, Commercial and Operations to challenge assumptions, prepare clear reports for the CFO and senior leadership, and drive value creation across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience in the data centre or infrastructure sector is mandatory.
• Strong modelling and analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Aufgaben

• Collate, validate and analyse financial data to support investment decisions.
• Build and review underwriting models across the full project lifecycle.
• Evaluate returns, cash flows and capital requirements.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess investment drivers and risks.
• Prepare reports for the CFO, C-suite and other decision-making forums.
• Coordinate inputs across Finance, Development, Commercial and Operations, challenging assumptions and sourcing data.
• Maintain accurate financial models and documentation.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
