Job summary

HSCALE is actively seeking a commercially driven Head of Purchasing to lead procurement across development and construction projects within its expanding European data centre portfolio. You will oversee the sourcing of goods, services and contracts, ensuring governance, value, and timely delivery across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in purchasing, procurement or supply chain for data centre development.
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capability.
• Experience with contract management and governance in purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing activities across development and construction projects in HSCALE.
• Manage sourcing, tendering, supplier selection and purchasing processes.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, framework agreements and supplier contracts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and purchasing reporting aligned to schedules.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Construction, Development, Finance and Legal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of purchasing systems and governance.
• Build relationships with suppliers across EMEA and monitor performance.
