Recruitment Manager - Temporary & Non-Profit

Express Recruitment is currently working with a leading financial services company, specializing in community development finance, who are seeking a high-performing, ambitious Investment Manager to manage the credit application process for SMEs and new businesses across the East Midlands.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about successfully building relationships with prospective business owners, accountants, local councils, and will be confidently able to attract prospects when attending networking opportunities.

The basic salary for the role is up to £38,000 with additional monthly and quarterly bonuses, employee discounts, on-site parking, hybrid working, birthdays off on top of standard holiday days, and more.

Experience in the Financial Services sector or similar is advantageous with a good understanding of business loans, cash flows, and business plans essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend networking events and meetings to scope out potential business connections
• Process credit and loan applications, working with the underwriting team
• Provide business loan advice to CEOs and CFOs
• Support businesses with cash flow operations
• Act as the first point of contact for loan management

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in financial services
• Knowledge of FCA regulations
• Experience of dealing with investments
• Demonstrable knowledge of managing cash flows for businesses
• Full Clean Driving License with access to own car, and happy to travel for networking purposes
