Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a commercially minded Senior Associate for the Investment Funds team in London. You will support listing of Investment Companies and ETPs, build relationships with asset managers and advisers, and drive business development in a fast‑paced market.

You will develop client materials, contribute to market updates, and own project delivery with cross‑functional collaboration across compliance, operations and admissions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in capital markets, ideally in a client‑facing origination role.
• Strong ownership and accountability to manage projects and deliver high‑quality work to deadlines.
• Interest in investment funds and asset management, with willingness to develop specialist knowledge of listed fund structures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage asset managers, lawyers and participants.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them to listings.
• Analytical and diligent with ability to interpret market data and present insights.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills for client materials and briefs.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, Bloomberg and LSEG Workspace desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to issuers and advisers on listing routes, requirements, and obligations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective issuers to grow the fund franchise.
• Onboard new clients by coordinating with compliance, operations and admissions for a smooth listing process.
• Plan and deliver domestic and international roadshows with marketing materials and follow‑ups.
• Represent LSEG at industry events and build relationships with market participants.
