Leverton Search is assisting an established investment management firm in London to recruit an Associate for its Product team focused on private markets, investments, product development and fundraising. The role involves turning complex information into investor-ready materials and collaborating with investment teams.

The successful candidate will build presentations, support product strategy, and coordinate across stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical foundation from investment banking (e.g., Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Structured Credit).
• Commercially minded, intellectually curious and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Supporting product strategy and development across the firm's private markets strategies
• Managing a range of projects across the Product team
• Developing presentations, investor materials and other strategic content
• Translating complex information into clear, commercially relevant messaging for investors
• Supporting colleagues ahead of investor meetings and fundraising activity
• Undertaking analysis and helping to develop data for investor conversations
• Coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders and ensuring projects move forward
• Taking ownership of several workstreams in a fast-moving environment
