Job summary

Elite US Practice in London seeks an ambitious Investment Funds Associate to join its Private Capital and Investment Funds group. You will work alongside market-leading partners on sophisticated, cross-border private capital transactions for asset managers, sponsors and institutions.

The role offers exposure to fund formations, restructurings and secondary transactions within a genuinely international platform, with opportunities to develop broader capital markets expertise.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with strong Investment Funds / Private Capital experience from a US law firm.
• 2–6 years' PQE (exceptional candidates outside this range will be considered).
• Experience in fund formation, private capital transactions and/or related investment management matters.
• Interested in developing a broader practice across private equity, private credit and alternative investments.
• Commercially minded, technically strong and comfortable working on sophisticated international transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior members of the firm's global Investment Funds & Private Capital practice.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of complex private capital matters across US, UK and international markets.
• Assist with fund formations and launches, and related regulatory matters.
