Job description

Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-enabled liquidity platform and advisor focused on providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private equity secondaries market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Associate to join our Deal Team.

This is a full-time remote role for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth Fintech environment. Strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest or experience in the secondaries space are key, and a CFA qualification is preferred. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support senior management across the full deal lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, execution, and portfolio monitoring.
2. Assist in business development and sourcing efforts, including screening new opportunities, market mapping, and identifying strategic entry points.
3. Take ownership of financial modeling and investment analysis across private equity, private credit, and real estate/infrastructure secondaries.
4. Conduct sector, market, and thematic research to inform investment theses and support strategic decision-making.
5. Work cross-functionally with the technology, product, and legal teams to structure and present investment opportunities.
6. Prepare materials for IC meetings, management reporting, LP updates, and strategic presentations.
