Cadent is seeking an Investment Delivery Administrator to support project delivery across the East Midlands network. You’ll maintain accurate operational data, track performance, and ensure systems and records are up to date while working with delivery partners.

The permanent, full-time role offers a hybrid pattern with travel to local offices up to four days per week, supporting the North region (Nottingham/Sheffield).

We’re looking for an organised and detail focused Investment Delivery Administrator to join our team across the East Midlands network.

This is a permanent, full time role, 37 hours, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern, involving travel to local offices and depots across the network up to four days per week. This role will be supporting the North region (Nottingham/Sheffield).

What you’ll be doing

Support project delivery & administration

• Provide administrative support to the Investment Delivery team

• Ensure accurate and timely data capture across key systems

Maintain data & reporting accuracy

• Collate and validate, and maintain operational data
• Keep asset repositories and performance systems up to date

Monitor performance & resolve issues

• Support KPI monitoring and reporting activities
• Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution

Collaborate with teams & stakeholders

• Liaise with internal teams, delivery partners and stakeholders
• Support Smooth project delivery and effective communication
