Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Gallagher, is seeking a senior DC Investment Consultant to lead advisory for some of our largest DC clients, including master trusts and pension sponsors. You will shape the DC strategy, drive industry-leading research, and collaborate with asset-liability, manager research and responsible investment teams.

A CFA or FIA is welcome but not essential; exceptional relationship skills and strategic thinking are key for success in this role.

Overview

This is a senior role within our Defined Contribution Investment Consulting team, where you will take lead responsibility for advising some of our largest DC clients. These include master trusts, collective DC schemes, single-employer trusts, pension scheme sponsors, Independent Governance Committees (IGCs), and pension providers. You will work closely with specialists across our asset-liability, manager research, and responsible investment teams to deliver high-quality strategic advice and innovative investment solutions for clients.

• Has 8–15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients.

It’s a bonus if you:

• Hold CFA or FIA qualifications (not essential).
• Have experience co-leading client relationships.
• Have managed junior colleagues and want to develop your leadership skills further.
