We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction exposure, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas experience and a proven M&A background, fluent in the language, will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in the TMT space. Sector expertise is preferred but not mandatory; a strong desire to operate in TMT is essential. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.

The role will include:
