We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and a proven M&A background, fluent in the language, will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned platform. Sector expertise in TMT is highly desirable, but a strong interest in the TMT space will also be considered. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.

The responsibilities include:
