We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate for their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with a strong market reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates from overseas platforms with proven M&A background and fluent language skills will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in a renowned platform. Sector expertise in TMT is preferred, but candidates eager to operate in TMT will also be considered. A strong educational background and undergraduate degree are required.

The role includes:
