We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an elite boutique with an exceptional market reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, ideally from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and a proven M&A background, fluent in the relevant language, will also be considered.
