Job Description:

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client looking to hire an Associate for their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with a strong market reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and a proven M&A background, fluent in the language, will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in the TMT sector, with expertise in TMT preferred but not mandatory for candidates eager to operate in this space. A strong education and undergraduate degree are required.

The role includes:

• Assisting in the execution of TMT mandates
• Preparing marketing pitch-books and related materials
• Gathering public information from various sources
• Creating valuation models and benchmark analyses
