We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an Elite Boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, operating at a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with experience from overseas platforms will also be considered if they have a proven M&A background and are fluent in the language.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions in the TMT sector, with sector expertise being highly preferable but not mandatory for candidates eager to operate within TMT in the future. An excellent education and undergraduate degree are required.
