We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a client seeking to hire an Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm is an elite boutique with an exceptional reputation in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of M&A transaction experience, ideally from a bulge bracket or elite boutique. Candidates with overseas platform experience and proven M&A background, fluent in the relevant language, will also be considered.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a renowned team and platform. TMT sector expertise is preferred, but candidates eager to operate in the TMT space are also welcome. A strong educational background and undergraduate degree are required.
