Job Description:

They are now looking to hire an Investment Analyst to work closely with the senior leadership team as they embark on significant European expansion, primarily across Italy in Spain.

You will be working alongside another Analyst, in a lean team, with significant Institutional capital to invest, alongside a strong pipeline of existing projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Screening Investment opportunities from single assets to large diverse portfolios

· Building and maintaining financial models to analyse investment opportunities.

Requirements

· 1-3 years experience as an Investment Analyst within Real Estate, preferably from a private equity background.

· Excellent financial modelling experience and ability to assess underlying risks to investments.

· Strong knowledge of investment structures and return calculations.

· Maths or Economics degree from a top University.
