Morgan McKinley in Godalming is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Investment Administrator to join our friendly wealth management team. You will provide comprehensive admin support to financial advisors and help prepare client meeting documentation, risk assessments, and suitability paperwork.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £40k, extensive benefits, and a hybrid working arrangement after probation (one day per week from home).

Qualifications

Experience providing administrative support to financial advisors.
Excellent attention to detail with a client-focused approach.
Strong data accuracy and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to financial advisors.
Prepare documents for client meetings and investment reviews (risk assessments, illustrations, suitability paperwork).
Support annual review processes; keep client records up to date.
Liaise with product providers to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate client data in internal systems.
Assist with client updates and communications.
Process new business applications and ensure documents are accurate.
Process client requests including withdrawals and changes.
