Job summary

Premier Jobs UK Limited is recruiting an experienced IFA Administrator for a fast-paced financial planning firm offering hybrid working across Arundel and Borehamwood.

You will support multiple Financial Planners, manage diaries and client meetings, prepare documentation, and liaise with providers to progress cases.

Salary £28,000–£32,000 with pension, life assurance, healthcare and a performance bonus; opportunities for development in a growth-focused national business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong work ethic with capacity to support multiple planners simultaneously
• Desirable: experience using Curo or Intelligent Office

Responsibilities

• Supporting multiple Financial Planners and their client portfolios
• Coordinating planner diaries and client meetings efficiently
• Preparing comprehensive meeting documentation under tight deadlines
• Processing new business applications and liaising with providers
• Producing illustrations, valuations and transfer documentation
• Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems
• Proactive client communication to progress cases at pace
