Job summary

Financial Divisions in Wendover, Buckinghamshire, is seeking an IFA Administrator to support advisers and deliver exceptional client service. This role sits at the heart of the wealth planning process, with exposure to pensions, investments and protection, and offers a clear path for professional development.

You will work alongside experienced advisers and paraplanners in a busy, client‑facing environment, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth processing of new business, and ongoing reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IFA Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator.
• Good understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning administration.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare client documentation, valuations and annual review packs.
• Manage Letters of Authority and obtain policy information from providers.
• Maintain accurate client records and update back-office systems.
• Monitor pipelines and keep advisers and clients informed throughout the process.
• Support pre-sale and post-sale administration while delivering high-quality service.
