Job summary

Baillie Gifford & Co. is seeking a proactive Co-ordinator for Investment Access, Projects & Support within the IAPS team.

You will provide day-to-day coordination for investment teams, manage corporate access, and help plan projects and events, ensuring schedules, records and materials are accurate and available. You will develop relationships with stakeholders, identify improvements, and embrace AI and automation to streamline processes.

Qualifications

Experience providing high-quality co-ordination, administrative or operational support in busy environments.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to self-manage workload.
Experience building effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Willingness to develop capability with AI and automation.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive, high-quality co-ordination support to aligned Investment teams and groups.
Manage corporate access, including complex diary management and international research trips.
Coordinate Investment team activities and internal meetings with available information and data.
Build trusted relationships with Investment teams and stakeholders; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
Contribute to projects, events, and wider Investment team initiatives across IAPS.
Plan and deliver activities involving venues, suppliers and logistics.
Maintain operational support including reporting requirements and supplier payments.
Collaborate across IAPS and the wider business to strengthen partnerships.
