Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) seeks an Investigations Manager - Performance and Resourcing to provide strategic leadership for national investigations. You will oversee recruitment, accreditation, performance and development of Investigators and Trainee Investigators, and work with senior leaders to ensure robust, independent investigations.

The role includes line management of team leaders and collaboration with the Demand Resourcing Directorate.

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams in complex, high-profile investigations.
• Strong track record in providing strategic direction for investigations.
• Extensive experience in people management, performance, wellbeing and staff development.
