Qualifications

• Are you an excellent leader who has experience of managing a team of Investigators, Lawyers or Case Workers within another Regulator, a Law Firm or similar organisation?

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the General Investigations Team, handling matters of varying complexity.
• Oversee the Assessment and Early Resolution Team (AERT) processes and decide on next steps.
• Coordinate evidence gathering, including documents, statements and regulatory materials, and prepare for potential enforcement action.
