Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous inventory, stock control or warehouse administration experience.
• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Strong IT and systems skills, with confidence analysing data and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Inventory Clerks to deliver high levels of stock accuracy
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through system analysis and root cause investigation
• Monitor and report on inventory KPIs, ensuring performance targets are achieved
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity across warehouse systems
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance stock accuracy and operational efficiency
• Use warehouse management systems and reporting tools to analyse inventory trends and issues
