You will manage stock levels, receive deliveries, and maintain comprehensive stock records while contributing to improvements in procedures and data accuracy. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience receiving, inspecting and documenting deliveries.
• Proficient with inventory software and record-keeping systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor stock levels with accurate inventory control and timely reordering.
• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming deliveries, verify quantities and check for damages.
• Create and maintain stock records using inventory systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock checks and provide reports with improvement recommendations.
• Store equipment and materials safely, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Issue equipment to authorised personnel and maintain audit trails.
• Identify risks, damages, or compliance issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team and field staff to manage equipment requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe stores environment and perform regular inspections.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
