Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Stores Personnel to join our Campsie site near Derry/Londonderry. You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution of materials to support production.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organisation, and teamwork, with responsibilities including cycle counts, labeling, and coordinating outbound shipments. On-site position offering exposure to supply chain operations in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, material handling, or inventory control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue materials, equipment, and other items in line with operational requirements.
• Accurately record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems.
• Organise and prepare all the necessary materials and equipment required for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies through regular cycle counts and stock verification.
• Ensure all store materials are correctly identified, labelled, and stored in their designated locations.
• Manage outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination of pick-up with service providers.
• Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components to avoid production delays.
