Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience is essential, preferably with a background in logistics, demand planning or merchandise planning management.
• Replenishment systems experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
• Intermediate level of Excel experience is essential.
• Logical and methodical approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the allocation of stock from the warehouse to stores to optimise availability to support sale merchandising.
• Forward planning on specific promotional events, catalogues, product launches, store openings, intake priority and clearance.
• Ensure that store allocations are fed across to the goods out team and that the warehouse have sufficient work to complete their picking schedule.
• Ensure the warehouses are kept up to date with any changes or requests made to the delivery schedule and to notify stores/Op's teams of any delivery cancellations in a timely manner.
• Action new product and scarce stock allocations in Profimetrics system quickly and accurately to ensure key product lines are efficiently released into the allocation system.
• Produce weekly and daily reports on store and stock availability to be presented to the business.
• Action Uniform allocations in line with delivery schedules.
• Assist the replenishment manager with ad hoc requests.
