Job summary

Gi Group is seeking a Logistics Planning Administrator to support a small team, managing the replenishment system to ensure products are dispatched to stores according to business needs.

The role requires previous retail experience with logistics or merchandise planning, strong organisational skills, and a good level of Excel proficiency. Familiarity with Profimetrics is advantageous, and the environment will require accurate, timely reporting and coordination with stores.

Responsibilities

• Allocate stock from warehouse to stores to optimise availability.
• Feed store allocations to goods out and ensure timely warehouse picking.
• Update delivery schedules and notify stores of changes or cancellations.
• Process new product and scarce stock allocations in Profimetrics accurately.
