Job summary

THM Employment Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller in the Watton area. You will manage inventory, track stock movements, and maintain accurate digital records to maximise supply chain efficiency.

Join a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £27,000–£28,246 plus a £100 monthly performance bonus. The ideal candidate has warehouse stock-control experience and proficiency with WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control in a warehouse environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling counts and budgets.
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and track daily stock movements.
• Lead regular audits and cycle counts to maintain system integrity.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Update WMS with accurate stock quantities; maintain digital records.
• Enforce FIFO to minimise obsolete stock and ensure space efficiency.
• Collaborate with purchasing and warehousing to resolve recurring issues.
