Job summary
Movianto UK in Lutterworth is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage client inventories both physically and in the WMI system, ensuring accuracy and availability. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:00, 37.5 hours per week, with an annual salary of £29,159.88. You will work with the Warehouse Team to resolve queries and maintain master data in the WMS to support efficiency and compliance. The role supports continuous improvement and GMP compliance.
Qualifications
Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
Strong IT skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/WMI).
Proactive with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Work with Warehouse Team Leaders to resolve inventory queries and escalations.
Ensure accurate inventory management, handling batch releases, stock status changes, and disposals.
Keep Clients informed by sharing NCRs, following up on requests, and recalls updates.
Maintain WMS master data and generate reports to support warehouse efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice.
