Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain stock accuracy and optimise inventory performance across the business. In a busy distribution environment you will order products from several suppliers, maximise product availability and reduce slow-moving stock.

We’re looking for a highly organized individual with strong administrative, communication and customer service skills, capable of adapting to changing priorities and working independently or as part of a team within our

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Procurement, Supply Chain or Administrative role
• Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or technical environment
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and stock control methodologies.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent inventory management systems desirable
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Order a dedicated range of products from several suppliers
• Maximise product availability while minimising slow-moving and non-moving stock
• Support Central Supply Chain as an Inventory Specialist
• Adapt to changing priorities and work independently or in a team
• Transferable skills for a fast-paced administrative role
