Job summary

Hayley Group is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain stock accuracy and optimise stock performance in a busy distribution environment in Halesowen. You will order a dedicated range of products from several suppliers and aim to maximise product availability while minimising slow-moving stock.

Strong admin, Excel, and analytical skills are essential. Experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred, with exposure to ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Procurement, Supply Chain or Administrative role.
• Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and stock control methodologies.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent inventory management systems desirable.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
