Are you an experienced Inventory Manager looking to take ownership of inventory operations across a growing European business?

We are recruiting an Inventory Manager to join a fast-growing organisation working with the globally recognised Reebok brand across Europe.

This is a hands-on role combining inventory management, analysis and process improvement, working closely with 3PL partners, warehouses and internal teams to ensure stock accuracy, visibility and efficient movement.

What you'll be doing

Taking ownership of inventory management across the European operation, you will work closely with 3PL providers, distribution centres and key internal stakeholders including Logistics, Operations, IT, Finance, E-commerce and B2B.

What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced inventory professional who is comfortable operating at both management and hands-on level.

You will ideally have

  • A track record of reviewing and improving warehouse and inventory processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
  • The confidence to challenge existing processes and drive improvements
  • A genuinely hands-on, can-do approach – you must be happy to undertake analytical and administrative tasks as well as manage the wider inventory function
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience within footwear, apparel, fashion, sportswear, retail or a similar high-volume consumer product environment would be highly advantageous.
Your responsibilities will include
  • Managing warehouse inventory operations, stock accuracy, locations and stock movements
  • Taking ownership of relationships and performance with 3PL partners
  • Monitoring and improving inventory accuracy, reporting and traceability
  • Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies between the webshop, ERP and WMS
  • Reviewing, maintaining and continuously improving inventory and warehouse procedures
  • Managing cycle counting programmes, investigating discrepancies and producing accurate reporting
  • Monitoring inventory write-offs against agreed contractual KPIs
  • Improving warehouse processes and stock movement through ABC classification and inventory optimisation
  • Analysing inventory data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting inventory and operational cost control
  • Coordinating and managing continuous improvement projects
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure systems, stock data and physical inventory remain aligned
  • Helping establish scalable processes and controls as the European business continues to grow

  • Up To £55,000 to £60,000 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience)
  • 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays
  • Additional days holiday between Christmas and New Year if the Directors decide to close the business
  • Standard working hours 9 to 5:30 - 30 min lunch = 40 hours a week
