Reed is seeking an Inventory Controller in Hemel Hempstead to join its expanding Operations team. You will maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse, production, and fulfilment, perform stock reconciliations, and drive process improvements to support growth.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, coordinating with 3PLs, and delivering regular inventory reports and KPI updates to senior management.

Formación

• Proven experience in Inventory Control, Stock Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge relationships across diverse teams.

• Analyse stock data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimise stock loss.
