Job summary

Success Talent is recruiting an experienced Inventory Manager for a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle business, primarily London-based with travel across Europe. This hands-on role focuses on ownership of inventory accuracy, cycle counts and reconciliation while partnering with IT, Finance and Ecommerce teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in inventory control, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP and WMS platforms. Travel approx. 20% to distribution centres and European locations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Inventory Management / Inventory Control experience.
• Advanced Excel with strong analytical capability.
• Experience working with ERP and WMS platforms.
• Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy, reporting and traceability.

• Optimise warehouse processes, stock movements and ABC classification.
• Lead cycle counting, stock reconciliation and inventory write-offs.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across ERP, WMS and ecommerce systems.

• Drive continuous improvement projects across logistics and operations.

We’re recruiting an experienced Inventory Manager to join a fast-growing international fashion and lifestyle business at an exciting stage of its European growth.

This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to monitor stock reports.

We’re looking for a hands-on inventory specialist who can take ownership, challenge processes, improve accuracy and work closely with 3PL partners to make sure stock is exactly where it needs to be.

The role:

• Own inventory accuracy, reporting and traceability
• Manage and challenge external 3PL partners
• Optimise warehouse processes, stock movements and ABC classification
• Lead cycle counting, stock reconciliation and inventory write-offs

What we’re looking for:

• The role is predominantly London-based, with approximately 20% travel to distribution centres and other European locations.
