Job summary

Oura is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join the Rest of World Logistics team, based in London. The role focuses on inventory integrity and inbound operations across an international network, with an emphasis on automation and scalable processes.

You will drive reconciliation, performance KPIs and continuous improvement to support rapid growth. The position offers flexible working hours and remote arrangements, with opportunities to travel for cycle counts and distribution centre visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or a similar operational role.
• Experience reconciling inventory across multiple warehouses/3PLs.
• Ability to implement reconciliation controls and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy and reconciliation across systems and partners.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory activities across our network.
• Manage month-end close reconciliations for multi-warehouse environments.
• Oversee inbound shipments and maintain KPIs for performance and exceptions.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and internal teams to resolve variances.
