Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London or Madrid is seeking a Partner Operations Manager (Inventory & Finance) to own hardware sourcing, demand planning, inventory lifecycle and financial planning for Amazon Hub PARP across Europe.

You will drive annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives that inform business decisions. Sits at the intersection of finance and supply chain, ensuring assets are available at the right time and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Advanced Excel data manipulation and analysis skills.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own budget cycles (OP1/OP2), monthly forecasts, and variance analysis across cost centres.
• Forecast hardware demand and manage end-to-end sourcing and cross-border logistics.
• Own asset allocation, refurbishment, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Leverage AI tools and low/no-code solutions to automate financial reporting, demand planning, and procurement workflows.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Product/Tech, and Quality teams; present cost analyses to senior leadership.
