Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join the EMEA Accounting team in London.

The role focuses on supporting launches of new global initiatives and automating processes, partnering with accounting, tax and business finance teams to drive strategic solutions for high growth. The ideal candidate will design launch methodologies, train teams, and influence platform development, leveraging accounting tools to ensure robust controls and reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree with quantitative experience
• Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
• Experience applying KPIs to analyses
• Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets
• Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership with measurable results

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounting project support for new product designs and financial system setups
• Deliver complex cross-functional projects with risk and resolution recommendations
• Execute large-scale process improvements for new business launches and existing processes
• Develop and transition new processes for month-end close and reporting
• Establish and maintain strong communication with global accounting teams
• Monitor and ensure quality of automated entries, reporting processes and controls
• Manage ambiguity and multiple launches in a fast-paced environment
• Incorporate financial reporting elements into new business launches
• Implement internal control elements to support new business activities
