Job summary

HR GO Group is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator in Strood to support day-to-day supply chain activities, ensure accurate inventory control and efficient order processing using ERP and MRP systems. The role involves maintaining ERP/MRP records, processing POs, monitoring stock levels and generating KPI reports, with a focus on data quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP and MRP systems in a supply chain, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to propose process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/MRP to ensure accuracy.
• Raise and process purchase orders, goods receipts and returns.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment.
• Liaise with suppliers, production and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Produce regular ERP/MRP reports and KPIs.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing and stock procedures.
