Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an Inventory Coordinator at our Wellingborough site (NN8 6XX) for a full-time, permanent role supporting the Huel contract. The position offers a shift pattern of any 5 days out of 7, 06:00 to 14:00, with two available arrangements: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday.

Typical duties include completing inventory cycle checks, resolving discrepancies by reviewing WMS transaction history, coordinating with customers, and providing admin support for stock and order queries

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and cycle counts.
• Warehouse experience and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills focusing on Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory cycle checks/counts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reviewing WMS history.
• Coordinate contact with the customer.
• Provide admin support for stock/order queries and updates.
• Use a WMS to maintain work documents.
