Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an Inventory Coordinator at our Wellingborough site to support daily processes and maintain accurate inventory records for the Virgin Media contract. The role is full-time on a 5/7 shift, 14:00–22:00, with an hourly rate of £14.23 and good benefits, including 20 days holiday and pension.

You will perform perpetual inventory checks, run WMS-based reports, investigate discrepancies, and provide admin support for stock queries with timely updates.

Qualifications

• Inventory checks/counts in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient with Excel and Office applications.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform perpetual inventory checks/counts.
• Run inventory reports from the WMS and transfer data to Count Sheet templates.
• Investigate, resolve and prevent inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the WMS.
• Provide general admin support for stock queries and timely updates.
• Analyze and resolve stock differences.
