Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby is recruiting an Inventory Clerk to support stock accuracy and inbound order processing on a permanent full-time basis. You will manage stock movements, coordinate inbound schedules with partners, and uphold audit-ready records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong administrative and communication skills, and familiarity with warehouse systems. On-site position with parking and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience essential.
• Ability to process inbound orders and stock movements.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Strong administrative capabilities, including maintaining records and booking schedules.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous use of MHE vehicles (Forklift, VNA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound order processing and record stock movements in the Warehouse Management System.
• Coordinate inbound booking schedules with hauliers, suppliers and operations for efficient planning.
• Investigate stock discrepancies using WMS data and physical checks to maintain accuracy.
• Respond to customer requests including stock enquiries, amendments, cancellations and reporting.
• Maintain stock records, booking schedules and operational documentation to audit standards.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while handling confidential information.
