Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Coventry is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to help maintain stock accuracy across our warehouse operations. You will carry out cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and support inventory processes to ensure products are where they need to be.

Full training will be provided to develop a career in logistics and warehousing. This role suits detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy working with data and teams to improve stock accuracy.

• Carry out scheduled cycle counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, missing stock and nil picks, reporting findings to the wider inventory team.
• Update and maintain accurate information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform location audits and support activities that improve stock accuracy across the site.
• Follow site procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements at all times.

• Previous warehouse, stock control or inventory experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided, so experience is not essential.
