Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter in Coventry to maintain stock accuracy across the warehouse, performing cycle counts and investigations into discrepancies. Training will be provided to help you grow in logistics and warehousing.

You will count stock, update WMS records, and support inventory processes to ensure products are where they need to be, while following safety standards and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling stock checks.
• Willing to learn and use Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Good communication and reliable team player.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cycle counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.

Grade: RCS P Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, 7am to 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA Are you looking to start or continue your career in warehousing, inventory or supply chain? Do you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems and paying close attention to detail? We're looking for an Inventory Cycle Counter to help maintain stock accuracy across our warehouse operation. You'll carry out stock counts, investigate discrepancies and support inventory processes to ensure products are where they need to be. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in logistics and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled cycle counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, missing stock and nil picks, reporting findings to the wider inventory team.
• Update and maintain accurate information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform location audits and support activities that improve stock accuracy across the site.
• Follow site procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements at all times.

• Previous warehouse, stock control or inventory experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided, so experience is not essential.
