Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking a proactive and analytical Replenishment Clerk to join our warehouse operations. This role ensures stock is in the right place at the right time, supporting product availability and efficient picking.

You will analyse demand, monitor trends in SAP data, adjust min/max settings, and resolve stock issues before they affect performance. A strong emphasis on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and SAP
• Strong analytical capability to interpret inventory data and forecast trends
• Ability to adjust replenishment parameters and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Analyse historical demand and forecast data to maintain dynamic min/max replenishment parameters
• Monitor demand patterns and seasonal peaks to initiate manual replenishment as needed
• Ensure correct stock is available in picking locations to maintain workflow
• Identify and resolve stock availability issues before they impact performance
• Maintain accurate replenishment settings and contribute to inventory process improvements
• Review reports to monitor empty picking locations, demand, unassigned locations and pick faces without demand
