At Atlassian Williams F1 Team, the Inventory Controller will manage the efficient flow, storage, and tracking of high‑value components and materials in the warehouse, ensuring critical parts are available for factory and race weekend operations.

Role requires proven experience in inventory control and warehousing, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced motorsport setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
• Experience in high‑pressure or technical environments such as motorsport or manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory management software (ideally D365).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of all stock items using inventory management systems.
• Prepare picks for Operations teams in line with the work to list.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure critical parts are available for production, testing and race operations.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, labeling and accessibility of items.
• Coordinate with Goods Receiving to manage material flow into and out of the warehouse.
