Job summary
Cadillac Formula 1® Team is seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Manager to lead our Stores and Logistics operation in a fast-paced motorsport environment. You will manage the Stores Team, oversee parts handling, and drive stock accuracy and process improvements.
This role demands strong leadership, ERP expertise, and excellent cross-department collaboration. You will develop KPIs, coordinate goods receipt, deliveries including international shipments, and report on performance to keep
Qualifications
- Experience leading a Stores team in motorsport or fast-paced engineering.
- Demonstrable knowledge of motorsport production methods and components.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- ERP experience and proficient MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to perform duties with minimal errors and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Stores team and van drivers.
- Ensure parts are handled to high standards and traceable.
- Implement processes to maximise stock accuracy.
- Oversee goods receipt, storage, picking and deliveries.
- Coordinate courier and international shipments.
- Develop and report departmental KPIs.
