Job summary

Staffline in Wellingborough is recruiting Inventory Controllers for a full-time role on fixed Tuesday to Saturday shifts. You’ll earn from £14.74 per hour with enhanced rates for Saturdays (£15.74) and overtime at £22.11 per hour. Canteen on site, free parking and strong transport links support daily work.

Training is provided, with opportunities for overtime and progression; candidates with experience using WMS and reach truck/scissor lift are preferred. Heavy lifting up to 20kg may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or similar role.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• Willingness to operate equipment (MHE) when trained.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory cycle counts.
• Investigate, resolve and prevent discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the WMS.
• Coordinate and prepare product reworks.
• Direct contact with customers.
• Maintain accurate work documents in the WMS.

Staffline is recruting Inventory Controllers in Wellingborough.

The rate of pay is

• Basic £14.74 per hour
• Saturday £15.74 per hour

Overtime is available after working 37.5 hours and is paid at £22.11 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Tuesday to Saturday, and the hours of work are:

• Tuesday to Friday - 6am to 2pm
• Saturday - 9am to 5pm

Your Time at Work

As a Inventory Controller your duties include:

• Completing inventory cycle counts.
• Investigating, resolving, and preventing inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the WMS.
• Coordinating and preparing product reworks.
• Direct contact with the customer.
• Utilizing a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents.

Please note there might be some heavy lifting up to 20kg.
